TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT AIMING FOR ZERO DEFECT.
The Quality Control System is base on the "Total Quality Management Concept." Within this concept, it is the responsibility of the entire VAHL Organization to work toward achieving the highest standard of quality control possible. The Quality Control System hasbeen designed to provide flexibility in response to diverse customer requirements and standards. The system is also responsive to early detection of discrepancies and rapid corrective action. The VAHL Quality Control Department is a separate service organization operating as a staff function under the direction of the Quality Control Manager who is responsible to the President. The Quality Control System is applied to all phases prior to and including the entire process of manufacturing, inspection, testing, storage, packaging and shipping.
